Congratulations to our talented 6th form team of girls, who won the district semi-final round of the ‘Rotary Club Youth Speaks’ competition 2015 on Tuesday 10th February.  They now progress to the final which will be held in Farnham, Surrey on 7th March.Becky Joyce, Niamh Herrett and Alexandra He

Over the weekend of 6th – 9th February, 50 sixth form students visited the German capital of Berlin. Students studying Art, Photography, History and German toured many historical sites such as Checkpoint Charlie, the Reichstag and the very poignant Holocaust Memorial.

Congratulations to Katie in Year 10 who competed in the Rotary Club, Southern Area semi-final cookery competition on Saturday 24th January. The tense semi-finalists gathered to hear the results at The Weald School after 2 hours of cooking!

On Friday December 12th students attended an enriching Year 9 Passionate, Gifted and Talented Art event held at Upper School.

On Monday 10th, Thursday 13th and 14th November our Year 8 students visited the Sea Life Centre in Brighton to gain further inspiration for the development of a sculptural project.  All groups experienced an exciting opportunity to draw a variety of fascinating marine life using a variety of sket

Congratulations to Charlotte O'Neil in Year 10 who has, for the second year running, been selected as one of three highly commended entries in a nationwide competition run by the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in London.

Students past and present joined Mr Byrne and Mr Dunbar for a freezing cold day of mud and water as they completed the annual Grim Challenge. 8 miles of water, mud, obstacles and hills over the British Army’s tank testing course in Aldershot lay ahead for the runners.

Year 10 students were treated to a visit from British poet and broadcaster, Luke Wright in November.  Aged 32, Luke has a relaxed, confident manner that stood out in the hour long assembly he took in front of all the Year 10 students.

What an amazing start Year 7 have had to their time at Imberhorne.

On Tuesday 11th November a group of gifted, talented and passionate Year 8 Food Technology students enjoyed a wonderful trip to South Lodge Hotel in Lower Beeding.
